Responsibilities:
• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable containerized applications and AI-powered solutions, with a focus on Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms and LLM integration.
• Work on container platform components, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation under the guidance of senior engineers while taking increasing ownership.
• Build and enhance On-Prem LLM solutions, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, vector databases, prompt engineering, and related AI features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following company standards and best practices.
• Test, debug, and help improve the performance of containerized applications and AI systems.
• Actively use modern AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to learn faster and increase productivity.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, deployment processes, and product/solution evaluation.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality software and continuously learn new technologies in container platforms and LLM/AI domains.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant working experience (strong candidates with solid container or AI project experience are encouraged to apply).
• Solid experience with container platforms such as Red Hat Openshift, etc.
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and ArgoCD.
• Practical knowledge or strong interest in On-Prem LLM, RAG, Vector Databases, prompt engineering, and related AI technologies.
• Proficiency in Linux, Docker, shell scripting, and virtualization.
• Experience in database deployment, management, or administration is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Nginx, and at least one programming language (Python preferred, .NET, Vue.js/Angular, or Flutter also valued).
• Hands on knowledge of databases such as MySQL, etc.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong team player with excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
