About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Senior Software Engineer with strong development skills to join our R&D team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling SaaS platforms and innovative AI-powered products, focusing on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vision-Language Models (VLM), Voice AI, and LLM technologies.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS platforms and AI applications with emphasis on LLM integration, RAG systems, VLM, and Voice AI.
• Build backend components for knowledge retrieval, prompt engineering, conversational AI, and multi-modal features.
• Implement and optimize AI pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and vector databases.
• Develop and integrate Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and real-time Voice AI capabilities.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Actively use modern AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to accelerate development.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and deployment processes.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
• 3–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with TypeScript/JavaScript or other backend languages is a plus.
• Solid experience building scalable SaaS applications (APIs, microservices, authentication, multi-tenancy, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies is highly valued:
o LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG systems
o Vector databases and AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, etc.)
o Voice AI (STT/TTS) or Vision-Language Models (VLM)
• Web and mobile application development experience is a big plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, and databases is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver production-grade software.
