Responsibilities

Build up close relationships with partners and users
Capable to take proper action and timely response for incidents reported directly from level one teams or users
Handle service requests and provide on-site support
Troubleshoot, identify and resolve technical problems
Assist in project implementation
Participate technical training/testing activities
Deliver services such as troubleshooting, installation, configuration and customization for our software products

Requirements

Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalence
With 1-2 years relevant working experience
Knowledge of Application, Networking and Operation system, Database in MSSQL and Oracle will be advantages
Strong technical and client communication skills
A fast learner and team player
Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Able to work under pressure, a flexible, hardworking, positive minded, responsible, independent and self-motivated person
