Our client is a Leading Gaming System Supplier, due to business expansion, they are now seeking for a System Support Analyst in Macau.
Responsibilities:
Install and configure customer production and internal systems, including back-to-house systems.
Provide Level 1 or Level 2 support for Company software products in the Asia Pacific region, which may involve onsite travel.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities in customer environments.
Collaborate and coordinate with regional partners to address customer issues.
Set up and provide technical support for trade shows.
Deliver technical training to support partners and customers.
Perform any other related duties as required to meet the organization's ongoing needs.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support and system implementation.
Proficiency in scripting and database (SQL) queries.
Knowledge of IP networking principles.
Experience with Linux and open-source products is advantageous.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Podman.
Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
*Understanding of casino operations is a desirable asset.
