Job Description: - To monitor system alarm, perform network contingency and first line maintenance on telecom facilities - To handle telecom network fault and customer complaints passed from Call Centre and enterprise customers according to predefined SLA - To be acquainted with the Network Emergency Procedures and perform execution in case of network contingency Requirements: - Diploma in Telecommunication or Computer Science - Fluency in spoken/written English & Chinese - Knowledge of Putonghua preferable - 2 years working experience in technical help desk or facility management preferable - Basic knowledge of data communication and telephony - Strong PC skills and TCP/IP networking knowledge - Required to work on shift
