Job Responsibilities: • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. • Anticipate and address guests’ service needs and thank guests with genuine appreciation. • Assist employees in understanding guests’ ever-changing needs and expectations, and how to exceed them. • Respond to any questions from guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction. • Provide support to Club Server and Club Concierge during daily operation. • Support the management and development of the team. • Train and monitor emaployees adherence to all relevant policies and procedures. • Lead by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm. Job Requirements: • Bachelor Degree/G.E.D. equivalent. • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in Chinese and English with guests, co-workers and managements to their understanding. • Ability to work flexible hours. • At least one year working experience in the hospitality industry. • Must be service-oriented.
