Butler

The Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Cotai Strip is looking for a Butler who will perform the arrival and departure process of guest in an efficient and professional manner; maintain close and efficient communication, co-ordination, assistance and support to internal and external departments in fulfilling guest requests and service related activities to increase the guest satisfaction.

We are looking for individuals who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. Applicants are required to have a minimum of 1 year of hotel operation experience. Flexible in working hours and shifts including weekends and public holiday.

Candidate must have conversational and reading skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
