Job Responsibilities: • Assist the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. • Front office areas include Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard and Guest Services/Front Desk. • Position direct and work with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check in and check out process. • Ensure guest and employee satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department. Job Requirements: • Colleague/ University degree above. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Guest Services/Front Desk or related professional area. • Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance. • Problem solving/ Decision making. • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese and English with guests, co-workers and managements to their understanding.
