Job Responsibilities: • Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled. • Be familiar with the up-selling program, e.g. up-sell the Club rooms & suites. • Prepare the guest room amenities, welcome letter and ensure VIP rooms is in Tip Top Condition prior arrival. • Attend to guest complaints and facilitates solutions through effective coordination with the appropriate departments. • Introduce the hotel facilities to guests and anticipate their needs. • Generate quality guest preferences through every interaction with guests. • Ensure all preferences for arrival process are attended to, catch any single opportunity to anticipate and comply with guests needs. • Engage and create a good experience for guests by using empowerment. Job Requirements: • High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent. • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in Mandarin and English with guests, co-workers and managements to their understanding. • Ability to work flexible hours. • At least one year working experience in the hospitality industry. • Must be service orientated.
