We are looking for a role of Marketing & Communications Coordinatorfor Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau, the key responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • Provide general administrative support in the daily operation of Marketing & Communications department such as answering phone calls and replying emails.
  • Prepare presentations or any other reports such as meeting minutes and documents translation.
  • Assist to schedule and remind all the meetings, appointments and trainings.
  • Assist with writing and proofread hotel’s marketing collaterals.
  • Collate all necessary materials for printing.
  • Liaise with production houses or graphic designer on all production schedules.
  • Liaise with outside suppliers, printers etc, with regards to regular printing requirements.
  • Ensure the hotel database is kept current and continually updated.
  • Ensure the hotel brand website is update and precise at all times.
  • Liaise with the Social Media management company on all posting and promotion activities.
  • Coordinate in-house photography for F&B promotions, VIP visits and social functions.
  • Assist on any ad hoc or special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
  • Good in communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills;
  • Customer-oriented and work with accuracy;
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.
