We are looking for Sales Assistant for Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau, the key responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Performing administrative tasks such as answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Ability to confidently convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• To obtain market information from both clients and competitors
• To follow up phone and email enquires
• Maintaining a database of new and existing clients

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role (fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Good communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
