Assistant Director of Leisure Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing & executing sales strategies for the Leisure Segment effectively;
  • Maximizes profitability of ticketing, dining, other leisure activities sales and achieve company budgets;
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty;
  • Responsible for overseeing a team of skilled professionals to increase sales and improve client satisfaction;
  • Assist to develop campaigns, promotions and collateral materials;
  • Responsible for strategic plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales budgets, forecasts and other reports as directed/required;
  • Responsible for evaluating, be knowledgeable and able to analyze the industry and market trends for best pricing strategy;
  • Responsible for analyzing, evaluate and attend major trade / travel functions / meetings and business sales trips to promote sales and image of Macau Tower in order to generate a healthy ROI and growth of client database in new and potential market areas;
  • Responsible for overseeing and ensure the updates of rates, promotions, OTA’s, without any rate parity; ensure all annual contracts are renewed based on production and timely manner;

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Hotel, Tourism or Events Management;
  • At least 8 years’ experience at managerial level in sales in hospitality/MICE related industry with good track record of achieving goals;
  • Self-motivated with strong time and leadership management skills, keen abilities to set and achieve priorities;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, function well under pressure, delegate effectively, ability to remain positive and constructive under stress;
  • Good at computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel; Sales Force knowledge a plus;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
