Responsibilities: • Execute marketing strategies and assist with all promotional activities, marketing and PR projects in line with resources and budget objectives, ensuring brand adherence and effectiveness, boosting engagement, brand presence and loyalty. • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs, and propose optimization and improvement solutions. • Liaise and collaborate with Group, Corporate Communications and various departments of the Hotel including the Sales Team for all marketing campaigns and programs. • Lead effective content management across all available channels, such as hotel website, online travel agencies, social media, etc., building and maintaining good relations with the media. • Conduct analysis of market, competitors, and consumer trends, and use findings to continuously evaluate and drive commercial success and social media activity. • Complete the hotel-related tasks assigned. Requirement: • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for Marketing Senior Officer; minimum 4 years of experience inclusive of 1 year experience or above in managerial role preferably in the hospitality industry for Assistant Marketing Manager. • Experience of working with key marketing partnerships, media and design agencies, familiar with the local market and industry trends. • University graduate, major in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Hospitality/ Tourism Management is preferable. • Well-developed skills in execution, communication and negotiation. • Able to work independently, multi-task and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
