Major Responsibility 主要工作職責 • Responsible for market development to increase and retain customers. 負責市場開發,增加並保留客源。 • Establish and maintain good customer relationships to increase sales revenue. 建立並維護良好的客戶關係以增加銷售額。 • Complete the entire sales process, including sales tracking, scene investigation, price negotiations, contract preparation and signing. 完成全程的銷售流程,包括銷售跟蹤,現場勘查,價格談判,合約準備與簽訂。 • Serve customers, understand their needs and try to satisfy their requirements. 服務客戶,瞭解需求並儘量滿足客戶的要求。 • Create and participate in various sales events to enhance customer relationships. 設計並參與各項銷售活動來增強客戶的關係。 • Prepare and analyze sales reports. 準備,分析銷售報表。 Requirements 資質需求 • Bachelor degree or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English abilities 大學本科以上學歷,流利的英文聽、說、讀、寫能力。 • More than 5 years hotel sales experience. 5 年以上酒店銷售工作經驗。 • Good interpersonal communication skills to effectively carry out internal / external communications. 良好的人際溝通能力,能有效地進行內/外部溝通。 • Strong team spirit, organization and planning capabilities. 較強的團隊協作精神、組織及策劃能力。 • Familiar with EXCEL, WORD, ERP (ORACLE) System. 熟悉EXCEL, WORD, ERP(ORACLE)系統。 • Full of enthusiasm, can work under pressure. 有工作熱情,能承受工作壓力 。
