Our client is a Five-Star Hotel, they are now seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to join them.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Sales, Events, Marketing Communications and Revenue Management functions.
Oversee the efficient operation of the sales and marketing division in alignment with Corporation's strategic priorities, meeting or exceeding colleague, guest, and owner expectations.
Direct the marketing budget, P&L, revenue forecasting, advertising, marketing, business plan development, and present at owner meetings.
Position the hotel effectively in the marketplace through strategic sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring the hotel's product and services align with the brand's positioning and promise.
Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate the hotel's comprehensive sales strategy (goals, tactics, and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue targets across rooms, food & beverage, and other revenue-generating departments.
Maximize colleague productivity through multi-skilling, multi-tasking, and flexible scheduling to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
Requirements:
University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Previous experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing in the Asia Pacific region preferred.
Strong organizational, operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven, energetic, and focused approach.
Service-oriented leadership style with excellent presentation skills.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English, with Chinese language skills being an advantage.
Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other productivity tools.
