Position Summary EM - Sales Planning is responsible for Reporting, Analytics & Strategic Planning, Product Development, and ownership of direct channel non gaming room sales for the team: • Responsible for analytic and reporting • Develop and market hotel room product, sell toward all target non gaming markets • Manage team of Manager & Assistant Manager for direct channel & department sales planning • Accountable for company goal in hotel room direct channel occupancy • Work close with Revenue Management for planning of non gaming room sales and yielding strategies • Work close with Marketing Service for direct channel sales support, promotion & execution, and marketing material support to travel trade • Partner with all operating divisions to attain maximum leverage from the integrated resort concept in driving interest in the destination • To perform all duties in accordance with GEG's policies and within the realm of the GEG's company vision, mission and values Primary Responsibility Direct Channel Sales Management • Develop long term and promotion plan on direct channel sales, including GM website, GM WeChat mini program & Partner Hotel official website • Consolidate market intelligence on direct channel sales competitors Hotel/Business Partners Management • Work closely with Hotel Ops & F&B Departments to deliver a destination sales solution maximizing total resort revenue • Work closely with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies and maximize room occupancy Financial Management • Departmental budget preparation and P&L review • Department reporting lead for production, sales force KPI, and promotion campaign analysis Special Projects Lead • Leading International non gaming projects and responsible for all necessary GCC & government required documents Sales Activity Support • Support Sales Events logistics to ensure event host in high quality and efficient Admin and Team Management • Responsible for overseeing work efforts of Sales Planning Executive Managers & Managers • Work close with sales force, providing guidance, training, and administration support to ensure high performance and productivity • Monitor and analyze safes performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management • Act as departmental training lead • Review contract for senior management approval • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials Requirements • Degree holder in Business Administration or Hospitality • 8 years experience in Hospitality industry, 5 years sales experience is needed • Solid experience in budgetting, forecasting, & high level reporting • Experience on team management • Good commands of spoken and written English and Chinese • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all level of users • Strong understanding of the sales process from start to finish • Excellent analytical skills for evaluating data and trends • Fast and accurate in report generation
