Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager – Hotel

Our client is a distinguished luxury hotel in Macau, seeking a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager to support their business expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow occupancy, room rates, and event bookings
  • Generate new leads and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with marketing on creating compelling sales collateral and promotions
  • Maintain detailed customer records and provide regular sales reports
  • Identify industry trends and emerging market opportunities
  • Manage and mentor junior sales staff to maximize the team's performance

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experiences in the hotel/hospitality industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM software and hotel management systems
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
