We are looking for a talented Senior Sales Manager to oversee the Sales Team in developing sales strategies and plans.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, including setting clear objectives and motivating the team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Prepare the annual revenue budget and business plan
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, tour operators and corporate clients to drive business, negotiate contracts and oversee the development of sales proposals
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Develop and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, and boost food and beverage and banquet sales
- Provide detailed reports and analysis on sales performance, trends, and campaign effectiveness to senior management
- Prepare revenue reports for performance analysis, provide insights on market demand and trends, and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure proper staffing levels based on guest volume
- Provide guests with information (e.g., loyalty programs, area attractions, restaurants, facility information) to enhance their experience
- Responsible for the training and development of sales managers and staff
- Proofread all sales collaterals before publishment to ensure accuracy and consistency

Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, with 4 years in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Possess strong creative and analytical skills to create and assess the impact of sales programs
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Computer proficiency is required
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Macau ID holder only
