We are looking for Housekeeping Assistant for Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau, the key responsibilities of this position are as follows:.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Answer all telephone calls coming into the Housekeeping office
• Coordinate and distribute hotel guests' requests and ensure they are addressed
• Manage arrivals/VIP's special requests by continuously providing update for Housekeeping Supervisor on priority of rooms needed
• Responsible for the efficient operation of the Housekeeping administrative duties and/or any other aspects of Housekeeping tasks such as hotel room maintenance and cleaning
• Flexible on working shiftduties, including night shift
• Good communication in English , Cantonese and Mandarin
