Job Responsibilities: • To ensure that all accounting transactions covering various activities of the hotel are fully, accurately and properly recorded in accordance with Marriott policies, local regulations and general accounting principles. • Input and access housekeeping data in computer. • Properly convey all information that received from different sections and departments. Ensure smooth communication. • Manage departmental documents and records. Maintain confidentiality of guest and employee information and designated hotel data. Job Requirements: • High school graduate or above. • Previous secretarial experience. • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
