Public Area Attendant 公共清潔服務員

Job Responsibilities:
• Clean public and employee restrooms and showers.
• Clean glass in public and employee areas.
• Clean floor surfaces in public or employee space using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Dust surfaces in assigned area.
• Inspect condition of furniture for tears, rips, and stains and report damages.
• Clean and maintain lights. Post caution signs to limit traffic when necessary.
• Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Job Requirements:

1 year experience in the housekeeping or related professional area.
Good communication skill in Cantonese, Mandarin and English verbal, listening and writing.

• 清潔公共區域和後勤區域。
• 使用指定的化學品、清潔用品和設備進行清潔。
• 檢查家具是否有撕裂、撕裂和污漬,並向上級報告損壞情況。
• 及時回應客人和其他部門的要求。
• 執行由上級分配之其他職責以滿足業務需求。

工作要求:
• 1 年相關工作經驗優先考慮。
• 良好的粵語、普通話和基本英語口語、聽力和寫作能力。
