臨床化驗診斷中心助理經理

學歷與專業要求 :
1. 醫學檢驗科學碩士或同等學歷；
2. 持有澳門政府發出之醫務化驗師執業資格；
3. 十年臨床檢驗工作經驗，當中不少於三年出任高級職位。

職務內容：
1. 參與日常臨床檢驗工作；
2. 協助臨床化驗診斷中心經理監並督科室人員執行各項規章制度和技術操作規程；
3. 負責科室人員的工作安排，財務預算、採購和庫存管理；
4. 指導科室實習人員之學習，並持續進行人員培訓及考核；
5. 與院內外相關單位協調本科室之臨床檢驗服務工作；
6. 協助院方推廣臨床化驗診斷中心之市場業務；
7. 協助臨床化驗診斷中心經理規劃科室之業務發展；
8. 評估開發新技術和驗收檢測儀器。
