Area Supervisor / Manager (Macau) / 區域主管 / 經理(澳門)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Performance Management:
Develop and execute annual sales targets/operational strategies for Macau retail operations; report progress regularly to Hong Kong HQ.
Oversee daily operations of ~10 stores/counters, optimizing sales productivity, manpower efficiency, and customer service standards.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and train Store staff; conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and recruitment for frontline staff.
Implement product knowledge training (health supplements efficacy, regulations, competitor analysis) to enhance team expertise.
Customer Experience & Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, brand guidelines, and Macau health product regulations in-store displays/promotions.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and manage crisis situations.
Data Analysis & Business Optimization:
Analyze sales/inventory reports to plan promotions, replenishment strategies, and cost-control measures.
Submit monthly performance reports with market insights to HQ.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Expansion:
Liaise with HK HQ departments (Marketing, Logistics, Compliance) to align regional strategies.
Support new store launches and evaluate expansion opportunities in Macau.
Requirements
Experience:
5+ years in multi-store retail management, including 3+ years in area/regional roles.
Preference for candidates from health supplements, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.
Proven track record in managing teams of 10+
Core Competencies:
Strong analytical skills: Proficiency in Excel for data-driven decision-making.
Resilience to work under pressure and resolve operational crises.
In-depth knowledge of Macau’s retail landscape and health product regulations.
Language:
Fluent in
Cantonese
(written/spoken); English and Mandarin is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with retail POS systems
Preferred Qualifications
(NOT a MUST):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nutrition, or related fields.
Experience in new store openings/market expansion.

制定並執行澳門零售業務的年度銷售目標及營運策略,並定期向香港總部匯報進度。
管理約10間門店/專櫃的日常營運,提升銷售效率、人力資源效益及顧客服務水平。
團隊領導與發展:
帶領、指導及培訓門店員工,進行績效評估、輔導及前線人員招聘。
推行產品知識培訓(包括保健品功效、法規、競爭對手分析),提升團隊專業水平。
顧客服務與合規管理:
確保門店陳列及推廣活動嚴格遵守標準作業流程(SOP)、品牌指引及澳門保健品相關法規。
專業處理顧客投訴及應對突發事件。
數據分析與業務優化:
分析銷售及庫存報告,制定促銷計劃、補貨策略及成本控制措施。
向總部提交每月營運報告及市場洞察。
跨部門協作與業務拓展:
與香港總部各部門(市場、物流、合規等)協調,確保地區策略一致。
支援新店開業及評估澳門市場的拓展機會。
職位要求
工作經驗:
具備5年以上多門店零售管理經驗,其中3年以上擔任區域或地區管理職位。
優先考慮具保健品、藥品或快速消費品(FMCG)行業背景者。
有管理10人以上團隊的成功經驗。
核心能力:
優秀的數據分析能力,熟練使用 Excel 進行數據決策。
能在壓力下工作,具備處理營運危機的能力。
熟悉澳門零售市場及保健品相關法規。
語言能力:
流利粵語(書寫及口語);懂英語及普通話者優先。
技術技能:
懂 MS Office(特別是 Excel 和 Word);具備零售 POS 系統操作經驗者優先。
學歷及其他 (非必要條件):
擁有商業、營養學或相關學科的學士學位者優先。
有新店開業或市場拓展經驗者優先。
