Assistant Manager – Remittance & Trade Service

Responsibilities:

Check the Outward/Inward Remittance documents, foreign exchange transactions and share settlement transactions.
Validate remittance documents, such as Bank draft and Telegraphic Transfer Payment Instruction and process the outward through Outward Remittance System (ORS).
Process Inward Remittance for the beneficiary through Inward Remittance System (IRS).
Check and release the outgoing S.W.I.F.T. message to the receiver bank.
Monitor the Outward/Inward Remittance daily/monthly reports.
Handle investigation of irregular Inward/Outward payment.
Report any suspicious transactions to AML/CFT Compliance Officer.
Assist the Department Head in creation/revision of procedure manual/performance appraisal.
Contract duration: 1 year.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above
Solid knowledge of Remittance Operations
5 years of banking experience
Courteous, responsible, reliable, mature, able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Strong organization, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Proficient in English and Chinese
