Assistant Manager - Secured Consumer Lending Department

Responsibilities:

To solicit quality secured loans such as mortgage loan and premium financing
Keep close monitoring of market trends and update the team
Establish and develop quality business referral agents’ network
Interview with loan applicants, explore their needs and tailor make loan products to meet their needs
To carry out due diligence on the borrowers including verifying loan application forms, supporting documents, and performing credit check; explain terms and conditions to loan applicants to ensure they understand
Follow up drawdown of loan and provide after sale quality customer services
To cross sell bank’s products and services if necessary
To complete other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree holder
2 years of experience or above in loan sales
Holder of life insurance license will be an advantage
Analytical and proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Good command of English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer/ Officer
