職位內容 Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Commercial departments, focusing in corporate and broker channels
  • Deploy and execute company strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
  • Identify opportunities for new business development
  • Review performance and sales reports to measure productivity and goal achievement
  • Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth
  • Motivate team members to collectively achieve business objectives


  • 監控及管理商務部日常運作, 主要負責發展保險經紀及商業客戶
  • 部署和執行公司業務增長戰略
  • 與客戶經紀人建立並保持良好的關係
  • 尋找不同的業務發展渠道和機會
  • 分析不同銷售報告來到衡量目標實現情況
  • 分析數據並創建報告以確定業務增長領域
  • 激勵團隊成員共同完成銷售目標


職位要求Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 4 years’ track record in insurance sales and management skills
  • Excellent in negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Professional qualifications such as ACII or ANZIF is an advantage
  • Macau ID holder preferred


  • 工商管理，金融學相關學士學位
  • 必須擁有最少 4 年管理及保險銷售經驗
  • 有良好溝通和演講技巧
  • 解決問題的能力強
  • 有能力於壓力下工作
  • 精通英語，普通話及粵語
  • ACII ，ANZIIF或其他保險專業資格者優先
  • 澳門居民優先
