Our client is now finding a Customer Service Representative who is supporting Macau Office.
Responsibilities
Collect the cash counter services to customer.
Collect the credit card payment / debit card payment from the customer.
Perform the checking on the payment as according to the guideline and capture premium to the system.
Arrange with Finance team for payment verification process.
Perform the daily payment reconciliation.
Assign new policy no. for New Business.
Assist team leader to complete the daily activities and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operation in cashier service.
Requirements
F6 or above.
1 year relevant experience in insurance or banking industry.
Counter Service experience.
Customer service mindset.
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
