Job Functions: As a debt capital markets analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include: 1. Analyze or prepare financial reports and models (such as cash flow models and capital structure analyses); 2. Track, compile and distribute new bond issuance information; 3. Execute due diligence on new opportunities; 4. Analyze market trends and identify strong investment opportunities; 5. Prepare presentations and marketing pitch books related to all aspects of debt market financing for prospective investors 6. Develop financial terms and conditions (such as pricing) and support the execution of planned transactions 7. Create and maintain transaction documentation, as well as transaction reviews 8. Organize and oversee the transaction process (find potential investors, manage relationships with investors, organize meetings, etc...) 9. Participate in pricing of transactions, prepare and distribute indicative pricing information to clients; 10. Complete and execute documentation for client debt issuance, including prospectuses, trust indentures, underwriting and purchase agreements, due diligence, offering memorandums, marketing packages, and term sheet; 11. Assist in executing all aspects of corporate debt and securitization transactions, including completing due diligence, generating committee memos, sales memos, transaction timelines, coordinating road shows, transaction document review and management, helping maintain order books, and liaise with the operations department to facilitate settlement activities. Job requirements: 1. Currently enrolled in a Masters Degree (Year 1) in Business, Finance or English Major; 2. Fluency in English (mandatory); 3. Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin); 4. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus; 5. Ability to comfortably interact with business clients and senior management; 6. Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive; 7. Ability to conduct financial modeling/valuation and analytical skills; 8. Energetic and decisive, with high level of integrity; 9. Good analytical, technical problem solving, planning and organizational skills; 10. Satisfactory interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations; 11. Excellent knowledge and control of MS Office tools mainly Excel and PowerPoint.
