The establishment of Haitong Bank, Macau Branch represents a key event in the development of the Bank’s cross-border strategy, allowing for a strengthening of business with China and enhanced coordination with the remaining Haitong Group. M&A Analyst

Haitong Bank, Macau Branch is looking for an M&A Analyst to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with senior professionals as well as experts within the firm;
• Structure transactions and deliver advice to clients;
• Conduct company and industry research;
• Results driven and self-motivated with Great Work Ethic;
• High Energy and Pro-active;
• Develop financial models and valuation analysis;
• Assist in execution of on-going M&A Transactions;
• Financial modelling;
• Detailed financial analysis of financial institutions either as part of client mandated work or pitches;
• Writing detailed information memorandums.

Job Requirements:

• New Graduates or professionals with 1-3 years working experience;
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin);
• Fluency in Portuguese is a plus;
• Ability to comfortably interact with business clients and senior management;
• Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive;
• Results driven and self-motivated with Great Work Ethic;
• Ability to financial modeling/valuation and analytical skills;
• Energetic and decisive, with high level of integrity;
• Good analytical, technical problem solving, planning and organizational skills;
• Satisfactory interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations;
• Excellent knowledge and control of MS Office tools mainly Excel and PowerPoint.
