Manager, Agency Development (Case Management)

 Job Descriptions:

  • Assist client to complete the insurance policy application
  • Follow up with client on outstanding underwriting requirement, both medical related and financial related questions
  • Provide after sales services including policy service, claims follow up, premium collection, and policy review etc
  • Coordinating and provide follow up actions directly to insurance sales on NB pending cases on a timely and effectively manner with client centricity.
  • Communicate on daily basis with insurance sales and PRU internal stakeholder to expedite the underwriting process.
  • Schedule insurance medical exams, send reminders and follow up to ensure successful completion
  • General underwriting & H&P case management, negotiate with underwriters for best possible risk classification
  • Consistently and effectively update case information to all key stakeholders including regular MI development & monitoring
  • Provide training, regular cases sharing to frontlines to uplift the issue rate
Job Requirements:
  • Obtain 5 – 8 years of case management experience
  • Must have a complete understanding of how to process new business applications for Life insurance
  • Good knowledge of insurance sales
  • General medical knowledge (ability to read Attending Physician Statement)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong in customer services and highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking, and time coordination to cater for ad hoc request
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Demonstrated with good professional presentation skills
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
