Senior Analyst / Analyst, Branch Operations (Macau Branch)

Responsibilities:

Perform daily operations and administrative functions
Prepare reports, including AMCM monthly reports, annual audit reports, and monthly sales reports
Participate in planning and organizing promotional and marketing events
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth branch operations
Handle surveillance of sales activities
Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Secondary school educated; degree holder will be an advantage
Macau resident is a MUST
2 years of relevant experience in the banking / financial industry will be an advantage
Customer service or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
Self-initiative, responsible, and able to work independently under tight schedules
Potential candidates with less experience will be considered as "Analyst"
