Senior Analyst, Macau Branch

Responsibilities

Perform daily branch operations and administrative functions
Prepare AMCM monthly report, annual audit report, monthly sales report, etc.
Participate in planning and organizing promotional / marketing events
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the branch
Handle surveillance of sales activities
Perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Tertiary education
Minimum 2 years' experience in banking / financial industry, preferably with customer service exposure
Good customer service techniques
Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and Power Point
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is highly preferable
Fresh university graduates without working experience will also be considered
