Senior Manager/Manager, Agency Operations

Our client is a listed Global Financial Service Group. They are seeking a Senior Manager / Manager - Agency Operations. It is a newly created position for their Macau business extension.



  • Provide planning & operational support to Head of Distribution for driving achievement of financial KPIs with the best support to agency force.

  • Prepare business correspondence, presentation materials and management reports for management and agency force on timely basis.

  • Assist in organizing and communicating company and agency campaigns, challenges, contests or promotion programs to agency members.

  • Assist and coordinate in agency recruitment activities and assist in new agent on-boarding

  • Answer agency enquiries and collect feedback. Review & make recommendation on all agency promotion/ demotion applications and contest appeals in accordance to the requirements & guidelines

  • Assist in ensure agency performance comply with internal and external compliance requirements and guidelines



  • Minimum 7 years working experience in the insurance industry, preferably from sales or sales management roles

  • Good understanding and experience with agency distribution

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and to multiple business functions

  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills

  • Operates with high standards and integrity

  • Ability to multi-task, and be flexible, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional qualification is an advantage

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing

  • Strong public speaking & presentation skill

  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
