Our client is a listed Global Financial Service Group. They are seeking a Senior Manager / Manager, Agency Training & Recruitment. It is a newly created position for their Macau business extension.
Responsibilities:
Drive Macau Agency sales & new recruits to excel agency target.
Achieve profitable growth & development of Macau agency force in terms of sales, productivity and recruitment.
Drive sales, productivity and manpower growth of Macau agency force.
Initiate & plan for agency activities for driving business growth with excellence in execution.
Align agency force with company vision and objectives.
Act as business consultant role to provide constructive ideas to agency leaders and provide feedback to relevant business enablers for enhancing supports.
Support Agency Operations in areas of communication and compliance for ensuring company objective are achieved.
Requirement:
Minimum 10 years working experience in the insurance industry, preferably from sales or sales management roles.
Insurance qualification or Professional qualification(s): FLMI, CFP, FChFP etc.
Exceptional understanding and experience with agency distribution.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and to multiple business functions.
Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
Proven people and management skills.
Operates with high standards and integrity.
Ability to multi-task, and be flexible, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing.
Strong public speaking & presentation skill.
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
