Senior Manager/Manager, Agency Training & Recruitment

Our client is a listed Global Financial Service Group. They are seeking a Senior Manager / Manager, Agency Training & Recruitment. It is a newly created position for their Macau business extension.



  • Drive Macau Agency sales & new recruits to excel agency target.

  • Achieve profitable growth & development of Macau agency force in terms of sales, productivity and recruitment.

  • Drive sales, productivity and manpower growth of Macau agency force.

  • Initiate & plan for agency activities for driving business growth with excellence in execution.

  • Align agency force with company vision and objectives.

  • Act as business consultant role to provide constructive ideas to agency leaders and provide feedback to relevant business enablers for enhancing supports.

  • Support Agency Operations in areas of communication and compliance for ensuring company objective are achieved.



  • Minimum 10 years working experience in the insurance industry, preferably from sales or sales management roles.

  • Insurance qualification or Professional qualification(s): FLMI, CFP, FChFP etc.

  • Exceptional understanding and experience with agency distribution.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and to multiple business functions.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Proven people and management skills.

  • Operates with high standards and integrity.

  • Ability to multi-task, and be flexible, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing.

  • Strong public speaking & presentation skill.

  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
