Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the development and management of the Sales Team for room reservation, overseeing and monitoring the daily operations.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, services, activities, room packages and promotions, etc.
• Liaise and work closely with the OTAs, responsible for the relationship management and coordination.
• Ensure systematical and efficient visits and calls on allocated accounts, and professionally conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Handle sales quotations, negotiate contracts and agreements for customers and other hotel services to meet mutual objectives and hotel business goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demand to optimize pricing and develop compelling sales strategies, and produce various reports as required.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and retain business, aligning with hotel business goals.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservation, revenue management, and other related departments to coordinate promotional campaigns, service offerings, and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Complete the hotel-related tasks assigned, and report to Head of Sales & Marketing Department.

Requirement:
• Minimum 6 years work experience in Sales for room reservation or related professional area in hotel and tourism industry; 3 years solid management experience in the Sales field preferred.
• Degree in Sales and Marketing, or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
• Experienced in working with travel agents, OTAs, with in-depth knowledge of the local market and tourism industry.
• Well-developed skills in project management, communication, negotiation, data analysis and data management.
• Thorough understanding in selling techniques and marketing concepts.
• Independent, self-motivated and creative.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, written and spoken.
