Position Summary Reporting to the AVP / VP – Program Management, and as a key member of the team, the position is responsible to lead the Program and Project Management initiatives from a business reporting and analytical perspective. Oversees and coordinates different related projects to meet business goals, desirable outcome and deliverables. Produce and consolidate all project and program reporting, ensure compliance and coordination with business resources responsible for the delivery of business objectives, to develop business cases, business charters, detailed plans, detailed deliverables and post implementation reviews. In some cases, this position will have direct responsibility for project delivery. Primary Responsibility - Work closely with business executives and business leads delivering projects at all levels - Provide lead and project support for standard reporting and methodology - Provide training to all business areas to ensure reporting standards are in place - Audit of reporting and submission requirements - From a business perspective, provide weekly and monthly reporting for programs and projects initiatives - Produce reports and liaise with all areas to ensure quality and reliable contents - Support the project managers and business areas in developing program / project plans by using project management tools - Manage interdependencies between projects - Delivery of project management training, coaching and mentoring - Work directly with project / business teams to ensure quality at all levels of project management - Development of project plans, business cases, post implementation reviews – all project deliverables - Work in a consultative manner with business areas responsible for delivery - Technical skills to produce reports, graphs and charts from a variety of tools Requirements - Proven experience in project management, with knowledge of project management methodologies - Ability to plan, organize, facilitate meeting for multiple departments, work across departments and with operations team - Proven experience in Casino, Hotel, Retail and BOH operations - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese - Strong technical skills for project management tools, report generation - Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines - Self motivated, proactive individual with keen desire to create a successful and dynamic matrix team - 5 – 8 years experience in project management delivery - University Degree and/or project management diploma preferred
