• Achieve sales target and key objectives assigned by division manager;
• Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
• Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements;
• Resolve issues from Principals and customers through lead regular meeting and translate sales strategy into sales languages as well as set sales objectives for sales force;
• Ensure that a project is completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly;
• vi) Regular join call with sales force to monitor their quality and sales effectiveness. Ensure sales force are delivering right product message and sales strategy as per relevant sales plan;
• Builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions;
• Assisting in forming SOP for Sales administration coordination and monthly administrative analysis report for division manager.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Science or related discipline
• 5 years relevant experience in medicine industry and familiar with Medicine industry
• Sales Force management experience is essential
• Sensitive to market trend and practice of medicine industry
• Integrity and honesty
• Excellent time management, excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
• Good team player and fast learner
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of MS office
