Our partners are FMCG multinationals on Personal Care, Skincare, Chinese Medicine, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Visual Care products.

Business Manager

Responsibilities:
 
  • Report directly to General Manager.
  • Lead the sales & operation team to achieve the company targets.
  • Drive sales objectives and promote the product portfolio in designated projects.
  • Identify and explore business opportunities for market expansion to ensure growth.
  • Address business challenges to minimize costs and prevent operational delays.

Job Requirements:

  • University Graduate in Sales, Management, or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of solid experience in brand or sales management, preferably FMCG.
  • Strong skills in market analysis, trade marketing, and negotiation.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure work environments.
  • Self-motivated, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
