To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

E-commerce Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive day-to-day eStore events and operation support, including platforms contents update, logistics and inventory coordination
• Coordinate digital activities included Live Stream events, video shooting, O2O activities
• Works with the Digital/Web team to support SEO best practices across all Company digital channels including website social media and mobile
• Improve user experience and interface by proposing new functions or system upgrades
• Report on ad campaign performance and make recommendations on how to better use paid or unpaid ads to reach team goals
• Deep understanding of Google Analytics, social media ad platforms, and Google Ads and able to measure the effectiveness of strategy (rankings, traffic, conversions)
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in business administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, IT or related disciplines
• 2+ years experience in the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
• Quick learner with a passion for technology, software, and data
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Good knowledge of e-commerce system architecture and technical solutions are desirable
• Highly numerate and analytical, comfortable working with data
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and flexibly under pressure
• Good command in English and Chinese
