• Achieve sales target and key objectives;
• Sales Force and maintenance Service Management
• Identify team member’s training and development needs and help them to formulate improvement plan in terms of business effectiveness and personal growth.
• Motivate team members to achieve / exceed their sales target.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members and help them solve difficulties in daily work.
• Align, evaluate and provide timely feedback on performance to subordinates.
• Create a culture that makes team members feel free to communicate with
• Involve in projects to facilitate more effective work;
• Develop and maintain good relationship with key opinion leaders and medical professionals. Educate, influence and gain their support on products.
• Use internal data and market intelligence for analyze and formulate sales plan & strategy. Regular review of the plan & strategy is also needed.
• Stay close with the market and alert what competitors and doing. Monitor and analyse external environment to identify business opportunities.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years' proven sales experience within medical devices industry with at least 3 years' management experience; experience in Macau healthcare industry will be advantages
• Solid technical background with understanding and /or hands-on experience in the Life Science and/or Medical Device market
• Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills
• Demonstration of strong team-working, especially in a matrix environment
• Good Persuasive ability and planning & organizing skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
