Neoson – Account Manager
Account Manager
Neoson is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Account Manager with a strong sense of passion, ownership, and a self-driven attitude. This role requires a proactive and open-minded individual who can effectively present the company's innovative products and solutions to potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online platforms. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in conveying comprehensive product knowledge and market activity updates to targeted audiences. Additionally, this role involves providing logistics-related quotations for Neoson's products and taking ownership of various tasks assigned by management, such as preparing reports, performing administrative duties, and recording meeting minutes.
Responsibilities
Passionately present Neoson's products and solutions to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other online platforms.
Take ownership of disseminating product knowledge and market activities of Neoson to target audiences.
Provide customers with logistics-related quotations for Neoson's products with a sense of ownership and attention to detail.
Self-driven to assist with tasks assigned by Neoson’s management, including report preparation, administrative duties, and recording meeting minutes.
Be open-minded and adaptive in addressing client needs and feedback.
Requirements and Skills
Over 2 years of experience in sales activities within the IT industry.
Diploma or higher, preferably with an IT background.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Prior experience in sales support is preferred.
Macau ID holder.
Skills
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
