Responsibility

• Lead and manage hospital infrastructure, healthcare facility, and healthcare technology projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, equipment vendors, and government authorities to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee project implementation, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage project P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue tracking, and profitability.
• Review technical specifications, tender documents, contracts, and project-related documentation.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and participate in tender submissions and project proposals.
• Prepare project progress reports, financial reports, and management updates.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Macau ID holder;
• Degree holder in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, Information Technology, Healthcare Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in Macau.
• Proven experience in hospital infrastructure projects, healthcare facility development, renovation projects, or healthcare technology implementation.
• Strong experience in project budgeting, cost control, contract management, and P&L management.
• Familiar with local regulatory requirements, contractor management, and project delivery practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Working hours and holidays:

• 09:00 – 18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break;
• 5 days per week;
• Macau SAR government public holidays; 17days of paid annual leave per year.
