SALES ASSOCIATE

Job Responsibilities:

Is aligned with the style and qualitative standards of the Brand throughout the Sales and after-sales process.
Collaborates with other colleagues, contributing to creating a good atmosphere within the store and is focused on achieving customer satisfaction.
Is constantly up-to-date regarding fashion trends, knows and monitors competitors.

Job Requirements:

2 years or above of relevant experience in luxury fashion retail
Strong fashion sense and excellent cross-selling skills
Good customer service with the ability to support CRM program
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
