Sales Administrative Assistant / Sales Administrative Executive

We are now seeking a detail oriented and proactive Sales Administrative Assistant to support our Macau team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations through strong administrative support, accurate record keeping, and effective coordination between our team and our clients.

Sales Administrative Assistant / Sales Administrative Executive

Job Description


  • Provide full spectrum of sales administrative support,
  • Customer documents filling,
  • Follow up customer orders, issue Invoices and update sales record, including client’s documents request,
  • Coordinate with driver for daily delivery,
  • Assist manager to prepare and issue purchase orders, order confirmation and billing follow up
  • Prepare shipping documents for goods importation,
  • Ad hoc duties and other office support duties as assigned,
  • Basic of Sales support (Marketing pricing),
  • Maintain and update customer records in ERP systems

Job Requirement


  • Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1year administrative experience.
  • Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Food industry experience is a plus.
