Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, initiating, coordinating, and executing promotional programs with aim at maximizing sales for assigned accounts to achieve/exceed sales targets
Involve in annual trading terms negotiations
Work closely with trade marketing team on program planning and execution
Work closely with supply chain team to ensure availability of stocks according to promotion plan
Monitor competitors’ activities and to collect intelligence of consumer trend and behavior

Requirement:

Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years related experience in sales in FMCG industry, solid experience in managing key accounts and minor key accounts are preferred
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese processing
