  • Experience of working in a retail and logistic role, including previous experience of leading others.
  • Problem-solving experience.
  • Proven record of meeting goals & deadlines.

  • I lead and manage my team and work with the Retail Supply Integration team, com & in team, sales team and Distribution Centre to secure goods availability for customers at the lowest possible cost.
  • I lead my team to conduct regular cycle count and stocktaking of store’s inventories. I do regular analysis to avoid inventory inaccuracy.
  • I ensure that any structural supply deviations which threaten availability or store operations are made known to the service office supply support function, to ensure they are addressed with the Retail Supply Integration Department. I provide store stacking quantity information to the Retail Supply Integration Department to ensure the forecast meet actual store demand.
  • I actively participate in the creation of the store business plan, and converting strategic directions and business plan goals into clear logistics actions. I take responsibility for executing relevant actions within this plan.
  • My team and I are the main point of contact in the store for all range administration and supply related questions.
  • I support turnover by enabling range vitality through support with the planning and follow up of the phasing out and in process.
  • I contribute to maximizing the goods flow efficiency by monitoring that the operational forecasting in the store is in line with the order parameters and available sales space capacities/parameters. I work with my manager to address any needs for adjustment with our Core Area Managers.
  • I contribute to minimizing the logistics costs in the store by identifying potential savings and working with my manager to identify actions which will support the Sales Department to improving stock and range structure (overstock, concrete, outgoing and activity range).
  • I provide an inspiring and motivating direction for my co-workers and engage them fully in the tasks of becoming leaders in Life at Home and generating sales growth.
