Job Description

• 按公司的營運指示，負責領導全體店鋪員工完成銷售目標；定期總結銷售工作，積極與店鋪員工溝通在銷售過程中存在的問題，促進銷售業務穩步增長
  Work with headquarter and align with company instructions, lead the team to achieve sales targets
   
• 按照公司的統一標準，督導全體店鋪員工保持良好的形象及優質的服務 (對外及對內)
  Following with the company's  standards, supervise all store employees to maintain high-quality services and customer-oriented
   
• 培訓店鋪員工的產品知識、服務流程及電腦方面的操作技能；以店鋪營運效率為目標，適當的審閱和調節營運流程提高店鋪營運生產力
  Train staff under the guidance to achieve operation efficiency, review and adjust operation procedures to improve operation productivity
   
• 不斷提高自身業務及其他必要素質；管理並保持店鋪整潔有序的環境
  Self-motivated, maintain an excellent shopping environment
   
• 提高客戶對品牌的滿意度；確保店鋪員工提供高素質的售前和售後服務予客人主動、及時了解客戶的需求和反饋信息，保持與客人之間的互動, 從而建立品牌與僱客間的忠誠關係
  Improve customer satisfaction with the brand; ensure that store staff provide high-quality services for customers, maintain a close relationships with customers and provide services based on their needs and feedback to build brand loyalty
   
• 有效管理店鋪運營及人事事務，對於員工的疑問應及時給予指導或反饋
  Effectively manage store operations and store human issues, provide guidance for employees
   
• 定時與員工進行溝通 (面談), 給予鼓勵並提出改善建議
  Conduct regularly counselling sessions with staff, provide encouragement and feedback
   
• 與公司各相關部門保持良好溝通和合作；進行必要的數據統計及報表製作
  Maintain good communication and cooperation with headquarter; conduct business data analysis
   
• 負責店鋪貨品的進、銷、存管理，控制店鋪日常費用支出，監督員工合理使用包裝品等
  Monitor inventory, control the daily expenses of the store and ensures resources allocated
   
• 具有突發事件的解決能力
  Ability to respond to unexpected events
   
• 保安、儲物櫃/後倉、收貨、清點庫存以及日常工作程序的相關規則；遵守並執行公司的其他相關章制度
  Duties for security, lockers/backrooms, receipt, inventory and daily work procedures; follow and enforce headquarter rules and regulations

Job Requirements：

• 五年以上的品牌零售工作經驗，有奢侈品行業經驗者優先考慮
  Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in retail industry, luxury and outdoor clothing industry preferred 
   
• 至少兩年以上的品牌零售管理經驗，戶外品牌或高端服裝品牌店舖管理工作經驗兩年以上
  At least 2 years of retail experience, which 2 years in the luxury and outdoor clothing industry
   
• 熟練使用OFFICE辦公軟件，良好的中英文溝通能力
  Proficient in MS office, fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
   
• 具有良好的溝通和理解能力；出色的銷售能力、優秀的客戶服務和團隊領導經驗
  Excellent communication skills with high sales performance, good customer services and team management
