Job Responsibilities
工作職責

Oversee overall retail operations in Macau; manage day-to-day shop activities to maximize sales, productivity, and manpower efficiency.
監督澳門整體零售營運；管理門店日常運作，以最大化銷售額、生產力及人力效率。

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and enhance store performance.
制定並執行有效銷售策略，以達成業績目標及提升門店表現。

Optimize manpower allocation and scheduling to improve shop productivity and control labor costs.
優化人力配置及排班，以提升門店生產力及控制人力成本。

Monitor store operations, identify bottlenecks, and resolve operational issues to elevate customer service standards.
監察門店營運，識別瓶頸並解決營運問題，以提升客戶服務水準。

Review, enhance, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
檢視、優化及執行標準作業流程（SOPs）及公司政策。

Partner with HQ to maintain high-level Visual Merchandising (VM) standards, including ordering materials and aligning seasonal execution.
與總部合作，維持高標準的視覺陳列（VM），包括訂購物資及協調季節性陳列執行。

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., IT, Project/Construction, HR) to ensure smooth day-to-day shop operations and timely maintenance.
與內部部門（如IT、項目／工程、HR）協調，確保門店日常營運順暢及維修及時處理。

Equip Store-in-charges with the necessary tools, guidance, and training to manage inventory levels effectively.
為店長提供必要的工具、指導及培訓，以有效管理庫存水平。

Requirements
任職要求

Degree holder in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
持有工商管理、零售管理或相關學科之學士學位。

Minimum of 7 years' retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial/operations management capacity.
具備至少7年零售經驗，當中不少於3年擔任管理／營運管理職位。

Solid knowledge of the Macau retail market; familiarity with Macau Labor Law and quota management is a distinct advantage.
熟悉澳門零售市場；了解澳門勞工法及配額管理者優先。

Proven track record in leadership, staff training, and conflict resolution within a fast-paced environment.
在快速節奏環境中具備領導、員工培訓及衝突解決之實績。

Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and public speaking skills.
具備優秀的分析、解決問題、決策及公開演講能力。

Professional attitude with the ability to remain flexible and thrive under retail dynamics.
具專業態度，能在零售行業的動態環境中保持靈活並發揮所長。

Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
英語、粵語及普通話之書寫及口語能力流利。

Immediate availability or short notice is preferred.
