Full Time Sales Associate

Job Description

Meet and exceed sales target
Processes customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise display neatly
Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience
Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to the store management team
Provide feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
Participate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy
Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data
Other duties as assigned

Experience / Qualification Requirements

Higher Diploma or above
1 year’s relevant experience in retail industry (Fresh graduates will also consider)
Experience in Fashion or streetwear is highly preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends.
Proactive, energetic, independent and drive for excellence
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediate availability is preferred
Macau ID holder only;
