Miu Miu In-store CRM Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced In-store CRM Manager to lead our store team in delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will inspire and coach our staff to adopt a client-oriented mindset while driving client acquisition and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Inspire, drive, coach, and support store team in developing a client-oriented mindset, ensuring a proper understanding and execution of all clienteling activities. • Leverage client and market analysis to set store clienteling objectives, driving Private Appointments, Outreach, and Prospecting efforts. • Support Store Managers in deep diving client profiling with Client Advisors to target events that achieve business results. • Facilitate client acquisition and retention by leveraging local market opportunities. Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a managerial/supervisory role, within the luxury fashion retail industry. • Strong analytical skills to leverage client and market data effectively. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for luxury fashion. • Strong team working and organizational capabilities. • Excellent coaching capabilities and strong communication skills.
